  Outputting a PDF is close to this (Adobe's answer).

  Otherwise, hunt down the "Collect for Output" script in the Illustrator folder > Scripting > Sample Scripts > AppleScript > Collect for Output > CollectForOutut.scpt.

  Drop an Illustrator file on this script and it'll collect your links. The fonts you have to handle yourself. Enjoy.
