People who want this much info are people I don't want to work for.... but then again, I'd rather be broke and free than rich and tied to a job I hate with a huge mortgage and car payment.....
I can understand if this was a banking/finance/security job, but otherwise it's often HR folk and lawyers trying to look useful and cover butts....
