    You are right about that. I loved it, we were there in the winter, but there was something very nice and romantic about being there in an off-peak time for tourists. We felt able to better appreciate daily life there I think.
    I speak french, not expertly, but two years of college french and 2 years of high school french were really great to have under my belt.

    Walking over the Seine the first night we were there, walking to Notre Dame, seriously, it was like a dream. We were there for 6 days, stayed in Montmartre just a street up from the cafe used in Amelie.
