Mate, there are a few brands on the States that produce black cardstock. Once you got one what you need to do is finding a decent screen printer and avoiding small font sizes. Instead of screen print you can go for thermal transfer but the quality will be shite. Usually white over black in offset works badly, so if that's how you want to print do what rodzilla says...
