I was quite happy with myself this morning for waking up at 9am. Unfortunately I've felt like shit ever since and nothing's really helping. I drank a bunch of water, some gatorade, ate some chicken and rice, cheese-its, etc. but my eyes sting and I haven't been able to focus anything. Fuck this morning riser bullshit, I've just blown off 8+ hours of time doing nothing because I still feel like crap from waking up.
