I've had really good luck overall with CL. I've found 4 really good living situations (renting and subletting), I've sold a TV, a couch, I bought a vaccuum, and found 3+ softball teams to play on.
I guess the TV was the biggest headache because it was TECHNICALLY just a large flat screen monitor. And I explained that to the first woman that bought it, I told her it needed to be hooked up directly to a cable box, gave her the instruction manual, etc. 24 hours later 'So um hi meg, the tv doesn't work... can you come pick it up?' I just went and got it, gave her her $ money back and sold it to someone else the next day.
