yeah, the kick ass guy, although kickass, isnt tested and true....
we hired a guy with kick ass work, only to find out he couldnt focus on one thing for more than 20 mins at a time, and he made all these insane make work projects for himself, like I am drawing the full inner workings of a toaster illustration, because it speaks to me....etc etc..and you couldnt get him to stop until he was done whatever he had come up with....
fired after three months....
still get a little pissed about it now.
