    i feel "references" should only be available upon request.
    its about you not them.. why put so much effort into their contact info on your CV? makes no sense at all.

    you should have each category read on its own, the area where you read "Education" being surround by so much other words bounces the eyes a bit and doesnt give the reader any focus..

    you should create some kind of bullet or action tone to suggest an more powerful identity towards key points.

    since you have all your info in one plane or visual level to the eyes, nothing stands out over the next meaning, which is more important to read about you..

    look at resume examples and search for "action words" to begin each point of what you did on the job. do not repeat action words either.

    use more of the negative space.. you have the room to ease the viewers attention. so give them an easier view to help you get the gig.
