  made with Cinema 4d,
  I first set the light following step by step a tutorial learning how to make a kind of photo studio (you should be able to find it with google), then imported my type as illustrator shape, extruded it, put it in zbrush, re-imported it in C4D, did a GI render, following the tutorial, without texture. and finally put the meat texture in photoshop.
