belgiums police does not exist, that's for sure.
i just called the police emergency 101 and nobody picked up the phone, second time either..
so I called 112 (911 in US?) and they said i should have called 101... grrr....
oh well, no biggie, just a bit of a weird car crash in front of my door. no personal damage so it seems...
