  • galco's soda pop stop, where i tried several hard-to-find sodas and a hunter s thompson beer. drank so much i pooped blue

  • got high and had lunch in a monkey cage at the 1912 haunted/deserted los angeles zoo

  • saw the velaslavasek panorama (a room painted floor to ceiling with an arctic circle panorama)

  • walked through a carnivorous plant garden

  • saw bob baker's black light skeleton marionette show (and the jazz one below)
