why did we go to war overnight?
2 reasons, revenge and greed.
revenge for 911 & the attempted assassination on George Bush Sr.
Since Al Qaeda isn't aligned to any particular state or country, and Cheney's haliburton interests were ripe for deploying, it was a quick win. American ideology is that we can not be fucked with, and we would of course retaliate. IMHO, Bin Laden knew this and we fell for it, hook, line and sinker. And of course we are stuck there and have borrowed and begged from China and Japan to fund our war. But hey, no biggie, right? we haven't seen a tax increase to fund it, so what is the big deal? //
