    Need to do exercise as well - you'll start to become addicted to the buzz you get from that.

    You will feel better.

    Personally I think caffeine, sugar and alcohol aren't as bad the other two. I've found, the times when I've been really militant are the times I've set myself up to fail. Be realistic.

    I know some people think dope is good for them - but put anything burnt into yr lungs, and you're asking for trouble.

    • THC > caffeine and alcohol in pretty much every situation for meismith
    • I smoked weed for a long time - but after a while realised it wasn't doing me any favours.

    • I don't smoke daily, nor do I drink anything with caffeine except occasional green tea, and minimal alcoholismith
    • not that any of those things are for everyone, but really. moderation means more than just holding your tolerance steadyismith

    • There were times when I smoked A LOT - but others when it was just occasional .. after about 10 years it wasn't so fun.
