I was about to write Cadaques, but ernexbcn beat me to it. It is a fantastic place, probably the most picturesque of this part of the coast's villages. This is off-season, so only a plus. Dali, who lived there, not only had a demigod status, but also was bringing a lot of tourism. The story goes, he didn't allow to build large hotels there.
It is worth at least a full day stay. The rock formations there are quite unique, maybe you'll recognize them from Dali's paintings.
There is a restaurant on a cliffy cap nearby in Cap de Creus, I never got there in the end but only ever heard raves about both the location and the food.
