they client offered a full time position, i said ill do a freelance to test it out. i finished the freelance earlier than i had hoped due to the money involved. the client was impressed with my work, and the amount i was able to accomplish all alone and they explained it in an email. i replied back with i am charging you for the full dated deadline, becasue they sent the concept art to their client and it seems the deal is now landed even before the meeting tomorrow..
so i will see where this path leads. the demographic for the product design is exciting, as its constant and always pushing forward. the consumer base for the product is also constant, as the product speaks to not just the average demographic masses, but it speaks towards the specific individual its designed around.
i like how the industry allows for the development of new fabrications and technologies regarding constructions and function.
for me design revolves around function first, fashion later. so i try to imagine the exact consumer who is purchasing any product i make, i want to know what they do, what they will use the product for, how they will interact it with other products and so forth.
this client, is all for advancing the development processes and design, so i am very happy to get the chance to make a product that will be used, touched, seen by so many.
also it makes me very creative to want to make something really functional and even fashionable that it holds no time period its visual can be any moments..
:)
