    The black book etc prices are often a little high, but you can get a rough idea of what you should be paying based on features and mileage. They usually want you to pay a subscription to access the info, but there is a workaround.

    If you go to the automaker sites like Ford and GM Canada sites and 'build and price' a vehicle, at the payment estimation portion they'll have a link for the trade in value and you can then use the BB free to enter any vehicle you like.
