fuck bank of america forever
i called to participate in their "making home affordable" plan a month ago. they said we had a 108% value to loan ratio and currently they were re-working loans up to 115% so we definitely qualify. a representative would call me back in 2 days to go over the paperwork. 3 weeks later, and 3 of my calls back later they finally call and he says "i'm sorry sir, we are only revising loans up to a 105% loan to value ratio, you do not qualify." WAT!?!
so they i says "ok fuckface, what ramifications legally would i be under if i stopped paying my mortgage and you guys after what, 6 months, 8 months foreclosed on the house and YOU eat the almost 20k we're under... what legally would happen to me?" then he pipes up "oh ok sir well lets see what we can do, let me transfer you to our blah blah blah and help you out."
so i get transferred to another fuckface and we're about 80% through and they are now qualifying me, then he asks what i make and goes "oh i'm sorry sir but you make too much money, you aren't qualified." WAT!?!?!?!
any fucking excuse NOT to refinance and save their customers money they're looking for. rat fucking bastards. i hope their building, with them in it gets hit by a bus.
