seriously whatthefunk ... if there is an attorney all ready assigned, you need to fork over and get your own attorney. If you feel you are righteous, go defend yourself. There is no amicable solution at this point and the game has escalated. Posting in QBN will not solve anything except perhaps open you to further litigation as you have admitted some guilt. Words can be twisted and contorted to show advantage.
I am sorry to point it out this way ... they ain't fucking around and you need to take this seriously.
