It is a little poison looking, just look into some color theory and go with a color that most represents their goal. They are trying to sell something right. I have to reinforce everyone elses statement, don't build around a photo you think is cool, or you feel limited too. Thats bad news bears. Think out a concept that will help sell them better. As for the flux idea, it is an awesome example of the direction you should probably think, since you're limited photowise... the emphasis on type and shape should be your friend. Indeed. I also agree its rather small. Don't say its cause the photo.... thats not good designer talk... maybe...
