I'm on Windows and I'm using whatever the latest version of Google Chrome is.
I like it because:
It loads up the fastest
The omnibar is great
It loads pages the quickest for me
There are Javascript bookmarklets for whatever I personally need (Delicious-this page/Linkify)
It's easy to snap tabs out onto external monitors and back
It has exactly what I need with no extra crap that I don't.
