I find it frustrating that I can't browse for people... Obviously I understand the business model, but I'm never going to commit to a subscription given how much time I spend looking for people.
A better model (for me) would be like a dating site where I couldn't contact the person without some kind of subscription, perhaps a short-term or single contact payment. Clearly all contact details and so on would need removing from the resumes/portfolios I looked at.
