disclosure has already begun. The first wave of psychological prep work is being implemented with all the new ufo/alien agenda docs being disseminated around the net. Even the Disclosure Project itself was initiated by the CIA, who subsequently gave all informants immunity. Same with some of the faked UFO vids on youtube that were going a while and the spirals in China and Europe... its all adjusting people slowly to revealing of the ET presence on earth.
