  That may happen sometiomes when the length of the textBox is somewhat big.

  Try this: In the Transform Panel make (force) the vertical and the horizontal (one at a time) 100%. Make sure you do that to the scroller component and/or parent where it resides.

  If this deosn't result, try creating another textfield.
