Alright, this is what you do since he's french. Tell him that you'll do it this one time ONLY! However, you'll be nice and take the TV back but he'll only get half of his deposit back. And you're only doing this because he's a nice guy and because Georges St. Pierre kicks serious ass and French dressing is damn good. If he says' "But he's Canadian". Just tell him to fuck off.
