    Just reduce the ink in your images in photoshop, and reduce the ink from CMYK to K at 100% not C 100% M 100% Y 100% K 100%. Another thing is in the colors try to keep the inks no more than 200%. of the full 400% but it depends on the newspaper quality. You gotta test it. Ask the newspaper what they reduce their inks too. good luck.
