Nice one, me like.
Couple of little things:
1 same as jkob _ text disappearing
2 when clicking on sylvia's photo (and other ones) i don't get the content when clicking on the text i do. Is that right?
3 Scrolling down and clicking on a photo redirects me too the top
4 beplastic.com is not clickable
5 Some metatags in your src code would be a plus.
6 I would make a surrounding template for: http://www.latexlab.com/thatlab/…
