    Last week the shop owner actually talked me OUT of buying the 70 dollar bottle of Aberlour and IN to buying this for 28(!) dollars-

    It's gotten some great writeups and for the price, really nice flavor. For just having something around to sip on, I'll usually go with a blend like Johnny Black, but I'll switch to this in a heartbeat.

    The shopowner's advice was if you like something nicer like the Aberlour, have 1 small glass of that, and switch to the Tamdhu to keep the flavor (and buzz) going.
