and if you can't afford an accountant, go to a "book keeper"... for a small business tax return will be the same service at half the cost.
really worth the extra 100-250$ talking it through with someone who knows what they're doing. and by the sounds you REALLY need some help.
the savings they find could be in the $1000's.
