why make a meetup site.. instead you can use your energies to something QBN based such as ensuring the QBNTPE5 is successful since its design related, or make sure the better tomorrow book is published successfully since its design related. or even make the site have more features that relate towards design related thing on the site..
instead of making meetup sites on someone else's site not design related and not what as member here that we wanted...
maybe this is my point of view only, im not sure really.. but it puts a bad taste in my mouth that after what we just told joelski, to see this is a slap in our faces as its coming from you.. QBN.
maybe its for you to send out to members not knowing of its existance to see go have fun with your members even though they may be from a different portal.. but this is NYC its not like there arent random strangers.. to help change the convorsations but to invite its like open to yayhooray.. as a nter i liek to keep my nt time with nt people.. i can always interact with them on their own drink outs.. but i do not because i like to drink out with my nt crew as we have grown together.. we understand each other and have become a family..
my opinion.. also since i planned a lot of these.. we loved the fact that it was NT people only.
i think if you want to use meetup.. do it for a cali event.. not for an east coast event that you wont be attending.. even though it has the QBN name with it.. you are only part of it if you go.. if you do go, you arent.. are you in nyc?? am i wrong??
i thought you live in west coast..
