  Alright, I joined the damn group. It was pointless, but I did. So, why are there only 20 spots, and what's the point of RSVPing? We don't have reservations and nobody gets excluded by forgetting to respond. I know it keeps track of who and who isn't going to show up, but most of the fun is the excitement of seeing who actually appears once you're there.
