Man arrested after cutting women's hair on buses
PORTLAND, OR (KGO) -- Taking public transit has its advantages and disadvantages. You save money, but sometimes you have to put up with noisy or smelly passengers.Well, things are a bit worse in Portland, Oregon - where the problem is with a man being called the "bus barber."
He gets on the bus, takes a seat behind female passengers, and then cuts out a chunk of their hair.
It has happened at least four times in the past few weeks. Police now think they've caught the guy -- a 22-year old who was arrested once in Seattle for gluing a woman's hair.
