  The adobeFnt07.lst files are cache files that Adobe applications create.

  If you are activating and deactivating fonts using Suitcase, you should see the fonts automatically activated in the apps. If you are using the auto-activation plug-ins that come with Suitcase, they can embed font slugs into the documents. This allows your design applications to open the correct fonts when you open the doc.

  Suitcase X1 is quite an old application. For the best compatibility with the newest OS releases, and Adobe applications, I would recommend upgrading to the newest version. Download a trial here:
