  Flash ROI is an issue....

  -how much does it cost to make a flash site?
  -how maintainable is site after developer leaves?
  -how predictable is the timeframe?
  -how likely is it to require a rewrite rather than a tweek in a few months?
  -how can we manage the client's expectations of near-avatar-like animation?
  -how can we do SEO without re-inventing stuff too much?
