I use Redbubble and am happy with the quality of the shirts and also I get good monthly sales (However I recommend you need to network on that site if you want to get more eyes to your page, and hence more sales).
Currently they only print on the front of the shirt for now, but apparently have plans to print on the back but I am not sure on the timeframe for that. They do have various colors to choose from and four styles of shirts (with a hoodie option also in future developement).
