The other day we were waiting in a very long line for some lemonade at a parade. When we got to the front of the line, a man approached us & said desperately that he would buy us whatever we wanted from the stand if we were to let him get in front of us. I thought the kind thing to do was to let him in, because he had a family, and because we were only getting lemonade & he didn't have to buy us much. But it didn't occur to me until later how inconsiderate it was to all the other people waiting behind us.
I still feel badly about it, and I will handle it differently next time.

- Typically, people won't ask to cut in line without a good reason (think restroom). He probably had a very thirsty kid.blaw
- Sounds like you need to go to confession. For that you must say 10 Hail Mary's.ali
- Really, he just didn't want to wait in line. Next time I'll either let them take my place or just say no, depending.********
