ah, pathetic consistent whining is a form of aggression - he quite clearly knows that you mean what you say, but aren't gong to be rude about it, so he's taking advantage of that to continue the conversation and continue to state his case and ride your good-will, as much as is left.
Call him out by telling him that you are aware of the reason behind his whining and that if it continues, you will be outright rude, and mean it.- What he really wants is for you to get him a date with another chick.boobs
