I can write it, I was just asking what people's experiences were.
Do companies want to see a small sample of work?
Do they just want the facts with out extra visuals?
Etc...
I'm only asking opinions, not how-to guides or the rules or anything else, just what your experiences have been as a designer or as someone looking through them to find a pool of sub-contractors.
