I think if we see it as just an "econo" computer to go online, check email and facebook its actually pretty good..I mean.. remember the mac air?
People paid nearly 6 times its actual value for pretty much the same functionality, so this might actually work too
$499 is not that bad..
I got a netbook recently and looks great super tiny you know, but being an apple user, the fact that came with windows, kills me.What was apple version of the netbook till today? the mac air, now.. for 500 bucks you get this little thing..
and you know that (as expected from apple) the first update will have a camera on both sides to use ichat, and usb ports, etc.
They have it figured it out, they do it with every product and we all eat it with a spoon
