Select the object you want interative and then Go to < object < interactive.
Start playing around. Get the interactive 'tool box' on your panels and you can enter URLs and email addresses. One the customer clicks on the link in the PDF it will open a browser.
I would tell you more but my eyes are burning, maybe someone else can fill in the blanks. Overall it is really easy.
