"dont blame wallstreet blame the regulations in place by the gov. especially the fed and tax incentives with the housing crisis "

if the regulatory system allows me to drive my car at 80 miles an hour on a motorway and I continue to do so when it is raining or there are other hazards on the road and I happen to crash into another car and kill someone.

who is to blame? me or the regulatory system?

    • blame the manufacturer of the car and make a smooth mill or 2 simply by dropping your lower lip and inch or two :)PonyBoy
