"the banks and such acted exactly as they should have with the current regualtion in order to get the best profits"
OK, great, so we're in agreement then. The regulatory environment was the problem as I said above.
But you're making it sound like these banks are like passive bystanders in all this. Look back at what happened in the 90s when the Glass Steagal Act was scrapped, and you'll see there was plenty of lobbying by banks to get the regulations they wanted in place.
- FUCK WALL STREET, PERIODutopian
- yea sort of. but i want less regulation for less loopholes and transparency. i dont think more will help.********
- and im completely against lobbyists trying to get rules to passed for an unfair advantage, but instead of blaming them i blame the goverment for allowing it********
- the gov for allowing it. gov is like a parent and lobbyists are like kids asking for beer. still kids can be jerkoffs but the gov holds all the cards and is most responisble********
- hold most cards and is more responsible.********
- oh and yea fuck wallstreet. im not into bs trading. think its like a casino with fucked up twisted rules, and u will suck unless u know the makers of said rules********
- know the makers of rules. and speculation and shti shouldnt effect companies real performance. public offering can be helpful, but its a double edge********
- can be helpful but it is a double edge********
