i don't know... now i'm not buying it. i clicked on to a few of his internal pages and at the bottom they're all still copyright to paul smith... YOU.
now if i, or anyone else were to steal a site as blatently as this i would think the first thing i would do would be to take out the obvious text that point everything to you. either this guy who's stealing your site is REALLY ignorant or something fishy is going on here...
