    Symbols are what you want, by the way. They are formless until represented while possessing the same characteristics. Head over to Rizzoli and see if they have any books by Christian Normberd-Schulz, they should have a couple of his books (they published two) and those might have some inspiring words even if the rest seems like existential architecture jargon.
