i think if you'd like to get a lot of people seeing it, it'd be brilliant to have a theme of practical jokes. but nice friendly ones. Even heartwarming stuff, like doing really nice things for people but making it a surprise. ...Or a selection of questions you ask people along the way, to highlight the different cultures found in the different areas. Basically, something you do throughout your journey.
A combination of that and being nicely shot and edited, you got yourself something that will be viewwed and loved and spread by millions (ok well.. a lot of people heheh)
