Then how do you explain when you pull out your browser really big (if you have 2 monitors it makes it much easier to see) that the main area which is set to be centered stays centered and the same size while the background scales bigger or smaller?
i.e. You scale the browser window twice as wide (say 200%), the centered site does not scale at all while the background scales 200% and appears to zoom in on the photographic image.
