design the website first, then the intro...
who cares for an intro when if the site sucks
i would increase the size of everything, use only one font in 1 weight, in max of 3 sizes, 1 color. i'm not too impressed by the logo, so i wouldnt put it up.
I really like the "responsiveness" of the site, i would however, figure out a better navigational system when looking at the photos & work.
