I like the work a lot, I like the simplicity.

The one thing that I think would help, is better implementation. At the moment your code provides a bare minimum, which is fine - but use of a bit of CSS could greatly enhance what you have.

If you used some CSS, you'd be able to give the page layout more structure. I think lack of consistency in page layout, is making using the site a bit confusing to use.

As a user, I like to be able to know where to look to see the stuff I'm looking for (the content) - and I also like to know what to use for navigation. At the moment these two elements seem quite combined .. I click, but I'm not sure what the effect of my click is going to be (or whether I should make the click in the first place).

Although an implementation like Indexhibit is perhaps overfamiliar (and dull) to some, Indexhibit does make this useful distinction - and I think you should maybe do the same.

I don't like the fact that when I hover over a navigation element, it disappears. Although the effect might be intentional - it comes across as buggy behaviour to me.

I also find the blank space at the top a bit confusing. I like the idea of an easter-egg.. but I don't think an easter-egg should be central to the site's overall experience.
