  From what I can see, that's a nice script you're using. Has more personally but weaker legibility than Gotham. Have you tried setting your name in the script, and your function in Gotham caps? This might make for something more unique, and more legible at small sizes.

  If you're set on the current setup, go with what Mau said about the E.

  I think you might've kerned VA just a bit too tightly. A slight overshoot. And I mean a *hair.*

  For the ruled lines either side of "creative...", I hope you've printed this out at the smallest practical size to make sure the lines are still visible.
