I do this quite often, always a problem.

Until recently I was using SnapzPro (capturing at 5fps) converting back to 30fps in PS but I could never be really sure if Snapz was in the right codec or dropping frames... Now I'm back to bootcamp and using the ancient swf2avi.exe, to convert frames - BMP. then switch back and open the image sequence in Quicktime.

There's bound to be an easy way to do this in a flex/air app? something that allows you to import a SWF, adjust frame rate, export bitmap sequences?
