These banker vampires destroyed the financial markets that left millions of people on food stamps. It's not surprising to find out now that they run these social schemes and profit from the underlining credit transactions by getting rid of "stamps" and issuing "debit cards" for the poor via state contract, and collect fees fo rhte use of their "convenient" cards. Fuckers. Record Wall Street Bonuses!
